The Write Stuff: A Panel Presentation on Getting Published

Would you like to know how to get published in the library information press? The panel speakers will tell you how you can become published, the process of getting published and the professional benefits thereof.Come and gain the advice of some seasoned writers and those who want to write.
Panel Speakers
Dr. John Budd— Professor, University of Missouri–Columbia, School of Information Science &Learning Technologies
Neville Prendergast— Associate Director of the Communication & Outreach, Becker Medical Library, Washington University Medical School
Nora Wikoff— International Library, Archives & Museum of Optometry American Optometric Association
Marsha Fulton— Business Intelligence Analyst, Tho– Director of Youth Services, St. Louis Public Library

The program will take place on Wednesday, April 18th at the Community Room inside the Coldwell Banker Gundaker office in Hampton Village.Networking begins at 5:30 pm and the Presentation starts at 6:30 pm. There will be an assorted sandwich buffet catered by Gourmet to Go, which will also include pasta salad and assorted sweets. The cost is $15 for SLA members, $12 for SLA retiree members and students, and $18 for non-members.
The deadline for registration is April 13th.
