Student Grant Opportunity April 14, 2007

VERONICA MACLAY STUDENT GRANT

The Government Documents Special Interest Section of the American
Association of Law Libraries (AALL GD-SIS) is pleased to announce the
availability of the 2007 Veronica Maclay Student Grant. The grant will
cover the cost of student registration to two events that will be held in
New Orleans, La.: the AALL Annual Meeting & Conference (July 14-17) and
CONELL (Conference of Newer Law Librarians) (July 14).

The grant is available to students currently enrolled in an ALA accredited
library and information studies master’s program. Preference will be given
to LIS students who demonstrate interest in government information and a
career in law librarianship.

DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT OF APPLICATIONS: MAY 1, !  2007
