The Law Library in the St. Louis office currently has an opeing for a Library Assistant. The Library Assistant is responsible for performing a variety of library duties including research and processing books and materials according to established policies and procedures and assisting library users.

Responsibilities include:

  • Organize, catalog and maintain records on subscriptions, loose-leave services, publications, software and hardbound books.
  • File and maintain loose-leaf publications.
  • Files and shelves all materials for library in an orderly manner, including re-shelving of books.
  • Maintains current volume and title count including current list of library materials.
  • Provide general clerical support to library manager and other members of the library staff

Qualified applicants will have excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills. Previous experience working in a library, bookstore is preferred.
