Please join us as we discuss Library Assessment, a growing area of library management in all types of libraries as they take a closer look at how and how well they serve their users.

Patricia Gregory has 32 years of experience in various Reference Librarian positions at three universities. Prior to becoming the Assistant University Librarian for Research and Assessment, she was the Assistant University Librarian for Public Services (2001-2007) and the Head of Reference (1988-2001) at Saint Louis University Pius XII Memorial Library. She has also served as the Head of Reference at Boatwright Memorial Library at the University of Richmond in Virginia (1982-1987) and as Reference Librarian as well as Head of Reference at Radford University Library in Virginia (1975-1977).
